The seven colours of the rainbow represent an alternative to our binary black-and-white consciousness.” Unfolding the petals of our inner world offers great insight and opportunity to self-examine ourselves, our life and everything we’ve created in our reality. This 1-hour workshop will be a colourful journey through the chakras. We’ll travel through each chakra’s location, basic issues, elements, rights, and both excessive and deficient characteristics as well as how to bring them into balance with activity, food, practices and more. Bring a notebook and pen! This is a 19+ event, ID will be checked at the door

Come visit Pretty Elevated by Irisa at Stackt Market - a first-of-its-kind community collective and pop-up with curated retail, workshops and a co-working space created to empower and amplify local women-led businesses. Opening on August 15th, the Pretty Elevated pop-up at Stackt Market will feature a rotating selection of local women-owned businesses who are at different stages of their entrepreneurial journeys and looking to scale up. Each entrepreneur will be given the opportunity to activate in the Pretty Elevated space for two weeks rent-free to promote their business and grow their customer base.
