Entrepreneurship & Strategy: Identifying Opportunities

Dr. Philip Walsh, Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship & Strategy in the Ted Rogers School of Management, leads a discussion on "design thinking" which is a five stage solutions-based process to problem solving that can assist entrepreneurs in developing ideas to capitalize on an opportunity. A specific example will be provided to illustrate how the design thking process works.
