The Latchman Gallery located at 6276 Main Street is a public art gallery that hosts a myriad of art exhibits, as well as offering art classes for children and adults. Whitchurch- Stouffville museum located at 14732 Woodbine Avenue won the Ontario Historical Society’s 1998 Museum Award of Excellence. This museum depicts what pioneer life was like in Whitchurch-Stouffville. The Whitchurch-Stouffville Public Library located at 30 Burkholder Street offers a myriad of programs for children and adults.

The York-Durham Heritage Railway located on Main Street in Stouffville takes passengers on a ride back in time through scenic rolling hills to the neighbouring Town of Uxbridge. The restored coach cars on this train date back to the early 1900s.
