Homes in Milton
In downtown Milton, off Main Street, you will find a wonderful selection of mid to late 1800s Victorian houses, as well as magnificent examples of Edwardian style homes from the early 1900s, that feature rocking-chair front porches. On the periphery of the downtown you will find a wide mix of detached homes in all shapes and sizes constructed anywhere from the 1920s to the 1960s.

Further north in the hamlet of Brookville you will find gated country manor homes ,as well as large estate home subdivisions on two acre lots. Milton also has a growing number of new home subdivisions. These developments are situated mostly along Derry Road between 3rd line and 5th line.
