Upwardly mobile families want to get into the neighbourhood but seniors are not in a hurry to leave and many have lived here for over 45 years. A lot of the homes are bungalows or ranch bungalows which means the original residents don't need to move! Many of the streets don't have sidewalks so snow removal isn't a big issue either.
