Please join your local law firm, Devry Smith Frank LLP, for a
Skate-a-thon at the Skating Oval on February 17th, 2012, in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation!
Devry Smith Frank LLP will be holding their 1st Annual Skate for the Heart on Friday, February 17th, 2012 in support for the Heart & Stroke Foundation (HSF). This event will help us come one step closer to helping Canadians protect themselves from heart disease and stroke. Our goal is to raise $10,000 in support of the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Devry Smith Frank LLP will match, dollar for dollar, all monies raised by the community through sponsorship and participation!
Event Details:
- Individual Entry: $10
- Team Entry: $5 per individual (minimum 3 persons)
- For every lap skated around the rink, we are asking participants to collect $5.00 in pledges from family, friends, neighbours, and co-workers. The more you raise, the more you skate, the closer we get to our fundraiser goal and the promotion of health in Canada!
- Entry will include access to a draw for valuable prizes from our sponsors and the Heart and Stroke Foundation, as well as giveaways from Devry Smith Frank LLP.
All monies collected would then be donated to HSF. There are many benefits to partnering with the Heart & Stroke Foundation such recognition on all event marketing materials, website presence, and alignment with one of Canada’s strongest, most recognizable brands.
