In celebration of Canada’s 150th anniversary, we’re kicking off our IN THE PARK Concert Series with a Canadian hip-hop icon: Shad. Shad (Shadrach Kabango) is a Juno Award-winning rapper and songwriter born in Kenya and raised in London, Ontario. His peers in Canadian Hip Hop recently voted him the 2nd Greatest Rapper Ever in Canada in a poll produced by the CBC. Toronto DJ Famous Players will open the after-work show with high energy mixes and mash-ups.
