The following represents the total number of sales, the average sale price, the average sale to listing price ratio and the average days on the market for each municipality in Peel Region. This Toronto Real Estate report is based on the most recent market statistics from the Toronto Real Estate Board.

Brampton: Total Sales 641, Average Sale Price $382,545, Average List to Sale Price 98%, Average Days on Market 24

Caledon: Total Sales 80, Average Sale Price $530,025, Average List to Sale Price 97%, Average Days on Market 34

Mississauga: Total Sales: 916, Average Sale Price $429,033, Average List to Sale Price 97%, Average Days on Market 24

HIGHLIGHTS:

* Peel Region recorded 1,637 of the 7,642 total sales of all home types reported by the Toronto Real Estate Board for October 2011. This was the highest sales total recorded for any of the four regions outside the City of Toronto that comprise what is known as the Greater Toronto Area

Mississauga recorded the most sales in Peel Region with 916 total sales.

Mississauga also achieved the highest average sale price of all Peel Region municipalities with an average of $429,033

Brampton recorded the highest List to Sale Price ratio in Peel Region at 98%

* Brampton and Mississauga homes sold the quickest with an average of just 24 days on the market.
