HIGHLIGHTS:

* Peel Region recorded 1,637 of the 7,642 total sales of all home types reported by the Toronto Real Estate Board for October 2011. This was the highest sales total recorded for any of the four regions outside the City of Toronto that comprise what is known as the Greater Toronto Area

* Mississauga recorded the most sales in Peel Region with 916 total sales.

* Mississauga also achieved the highest average sale price of all Peel Region municipalities with an average of $429,033

* Brampton recorded the highest List to Sale Price ratio in Peel Region at 98%
